The room is single occupancy and furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and study desk and chair.
The flat has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen / dining and lounge area, bathroom with walk in shower and laundry.
It is only a 10minute walk to Glasgow University, great transport links for travel across the city and all of the buzz of the West End.
The rental will run from 1st September until 30th June to fit with the academic year. If rental continuation is required this can be arranged through continuation of contract with the landlord one month prior to initial contract completion.
