Big room available hort term sublet

As our flatmate is leaving in early august we are looking for someone to take over her room until the end of the month. We'll be leaving the flat at the end of the month as well and there will be a possibility of taking over the lease in september (the rent will be higher). The room is the biggest in the flat, we have a shared kitchen with sofas and a shared bathroom. The flat is ideally located and has access to a garden. We are two Master students who enjoy cooking and spending time together. Bills will be around £40. Let me know if you have any questions!
