Minutes walk from Kelvingrove park and the tennis courts there.

Easy access to the city centre as well - can usually be there in 20 minutes via the underground.

Very close to the river Kelvin for relaxing walking or onwards connections to canals for good cycling days.

There is space in the flat to keep a bike (or two) safe.

Parking in the area is not the easiest - mostly "residents only" 8am-10pm Mon-Sun. Depending on length of stay might be worth applying for a permit. There are streets within walking distance where parking is free between 6pm and 8am and those are free over the weekend. Otherwise I do know free spots about 20 mins walk away.

The room has a comfortable double bed and I can provide bedding if that helps. The room faces Bank Street - not a busy one generally but there have been some nights where the students can be heard being young and loud outside - the window is single glazing. So might not suit a very light sleeper to be honest.

The living room is more of a dining room at the moment as I like to cook for people and have no need for a TV & couch.

I'm generally very easy going but I am hoping to find someone that can clean up after themselves and maintain reasonable cleanliness of the shared spaces.

I am a (Pastures for Life) meat eater so wouldn't want to make vegans/vegetarians uncomfortable...
