1 room available in the west end

My flatmate has decided to move out and so his room is now available from August 20. It's just me living here, although it is a 3 bed - the third room is used for desk space/hobbies which is quite useful. The flat is medium sized (a good size front room and bedrooms, small kitchen and bathroom) but a good size for two people and it's about 10 minutes walk from the botanical gardens. We have private parking around the back of the flat with plenty of space.

I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Strathclyde studying Advanced Software Engineering and mostly busy in my projects and part time for the next few months so mostly the flat will quite and comfortable to work or study.

It features convenient amenities like a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a small dishwasher. Monthly bills for gas, electricity, and WiFi are around £70.

As a student myself, I'd prefer another student flatmate to maintain our council tax exemption. If you're interested in joining, please get in touch!
