The flat is ground floor (with 3 steps to enter the building); the shared spaces being a large kitchen, full bathroom (toilet, walk in shower, separate bath) and living room.

The room is the larger double bedroom, with two wardrobes and under bed/shelf storage space.

- short term: £415/week
- long term: £800/month (references req)
- Council tax band C,
- bills roughly £80/month in summer.

We're a 5-10 minute walk from Kelvinbridge/St George's Cross subway or a 10 minute drive to Glasgow Central/Queen Street, and less than a minute from Kelvingrove Park if you fancy some greenery. The university is also only 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of great restaurants/pubs/cafs right on the doorstep.

I've lived here for two years & it's still my home; I have a cat who would be staying sometimes too. I mostly work from home; I would be happy to cook/eat/hang out together but I also enjoy my space so it's all good either way.
