Double Room in Woodlands!

hello! I'm Kieren, looking for a flatmate to join me in my cosy woodlands space :--)

The flat is ground floor with 3 steps up to the front door*, the shared spaces are a large kitchen, full bathroom (toilet, walk in shower, separate bath) and living room. Your room would be the larger double bedroom, with two wardrobes and under bed/shelf storage space.

I've lived here for a few years, the last on my own but need some help managing my health conditions & the company would be nice! This probably wouldn't suit a full time student but if you have some experience caregiving (mainly helping with laundry, cleaning, sometimes medicines and food or shopping if I have a flare up) and are looking please let me know.

I mostly work from home so will be in the flat most of time; it'd be great to cook/eat/hang out together but I also do enjoy my space so it's all good either way.

- £750/month (reduced to £550 with ~15hrs care)
- Council tax: band C,
- bills: roughly £100/month in winter.

We're a 5-10 minute walk from Kelvinbridge/George's Cross subway or a 10 minute drive to Glasgow Central/Queen Street, and less than a minute from Kelvingrove Park if you fancy some greenery. Glasgow university is also only 5 minutes away; there are plenty of West End restaurants/pubs/cafs right on the doorstep; the bus stop is right by the flat and takes you straight to the main stations and southside (viccy road) pretty quick.


*to enter the building; the rest of the flat is accessible in a standard wheelchair with a walk in shower, but the hallway is quite small/narrow.
