Seeking a room mate to rent the spare bedroom that’s become available at my flat. The property is located at one of the main hubs of Glasgow’s West End (very close to Byres Road).

It is a very short walk to Kelvinhall subway station and Partick train station, with very good bus connections on the main road. Ideal for people who need to commute to work. There is a great selection of bars, restaurants, takeaways, and coffee shops nearby, plus access to a range of supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local) all within walking distance. Kelvingrove Art Galley and the Botanical Gardens are also located close by.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a large built in wardrobe and standard pieces of furniture (large wooden desk, office chair, bed side table and shelving unit). You will also have access to your own bathroom which is equipped with a shower/bath combo. The flat has a very spacious lounge and a kitchen equipped with various gadgets (e. g blender, coffee machine, etc.). All required utensils and crockery, plus a breakfast bar are included. There is ample storage with two closets in the hall and a loft. The property also has access to underground parking, with a designated parking spot. There is a garden space which is shared with the surrounding properties.
