Two bedroom flat right next to Partick station in Glasgow west end. Looking for a student to move in only. The current living room from the pictures would be the room you move into.

That room currently has a walk in wardrobe with two sets of drawers and further over head storage. There is bedframe that would be provided, however there is no mattress and you would need to purchase one yourself. There is a two seater couch and one seater, a coffee table, two side tables and a tv stand table.

Rent is £360.50 each pcm plus bills tends to be approximately £500 pcm.

I currently have 3 guinea pigs and a dog all of which would be moved into the bedroom before you moved in. They are my sole responsibility however the occasional help would be appreciated.
