Bright room to rent in Woodlands

I have a single room to rent in a 2nd floor flat on West Princes Street, a stone's throw from Kelvinbridge subway. The flat has a light and spacious shared living room, shared bathroom with shower-over-bath setup, and shared kitchen with plenty of storage space, washing machine, small fridge-freezer and gas hob.

The room itself is unfurnished, and contains a walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hanging space. It looks onto the shared garden at the back of the building.

The flat is in a wonderful location: quiet street, within walking distance from Glasgow University, less than 15 minutes walk from the closest Lidl and 5 minutes to the local tesco/greengrocer. There are also plenty of cafes and bars nearby. Kelvinbridge Subway is right around the corner, and there are plenty of buses along Great Western road!

I'm ideally looking for long-term lets, however willing to consider shorter-term. Preference will be given to queer-friendly, later year undergrad/masters/PhD students for council tax exemptions. I am looking for someone chill and sociable, reasonably tidy in the shared spaces.

A bit about me: I am a 2nd year PhD student at Glasgow uni, so I am out of the flat a reasonable amount. I occasionally work from home and tend to be more of a night owl in general. I enjoy cooking, collecting plants (I'm aiming for a bit of a jungle eventually), and would love a flatmate who is willing to co-host some board game nights or share the occasional cocktail/mocktail.

Rent: £632.50 pcm, plus bills: WiFi: £12pcm, gas+electricity: £50pcm
