Hello,
I am renting out my furnished room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom in the Partick/West End area of Glasgow while I am abroad for the 2024-2025 academic year (September 2024-July 2025). GLASGOW UNI STUDENTS, INCLUDING EXCHANGE STUDENTS, PREFERRED.

Rent - £775/month
Security deposit of 1 month’s rent. You will also pay for your share of utilities (usually around £80 per month per person) and council tax.

The flat is in a very convenient spot, with loads of amenities nearby:

- 8-10 minute walk from Glasgow University Gilmorehill Campus
- 2 minute walk to Kelvinhall subway station
- <1 minute walk from Mansfield park (directly across street)
- <1 minute walk to Tesco Express
- 10 minute walk to Morrison's/Lidl
- <1 minute walk to gym (Anytime Fitness)

Your room will come pre-furnished with a double bed (sheets + bedding not included), desk, chair, dresser, nightstand, and closet. Also includes an en-suite bathroom.

You will share the flat with one other flatmate, a 19 year old male from the United Kingdom. Only the kitchen, terrace, and living room are shared spaces.

Smokers are allowed however smoking is not allowed indoors.
Sanitation is non-negotiable. You and the flatmate will be expected to keep the flat in good condition.
