Elsewhere in the flat, recently refurbished living room has 2x leather sofas, dining table to seat 4 in the bay window with great views while you eat and a TV with Youview giving access to all the normal on demand streaming and Freeview content. There is also an old Wii if you find yourself feeling energetic. There is a tumble drier & printer in the large cupboard off the living room.

Bathroom, along with most of the flat was redone a couple of years ago so is clean and modern and kitted out with stylish walk in shower.

Out the back, we have an enclosed garden, with outdoor furniture and BBQ for use during summer months. This is shared but not often used by the other flats.

What to expect living with me?
I'm a recent Glasgow Uni Civil Engineering grad, now working in the railway industry in the city. I do sometimes work from home but have this set up in my own room so out the way. I'm quite a social person so enjoy a bit of chat at the evenings/ weekends but also absolutely get that everyone also needs time to themselves.

Broadband is Virgin M250 (your share currently £9/month). I've got the flat set up with a mixture of wifi signal boosters and powerline ethernet adapters so you can get a good speed wherever you are in the flat.

Flat is all electric ie no gas and I'm currently in the process of switching to Octopus for this with an estimated annual cost based on last year's usage of £1349 so expect to pay a share of about (£60/month)

Parking is on-street via a Council Permit (currently £98/year) if this is required and generally pretty easy to find a space.
