Situated in Glasgow West End with local amenities and Byres Road / Kelvingrove within walking distance, train station within 2 mins of walking is perfect for those who are working in Glasgow. There is 1 double bedroom to be filled, with a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is access to a shared backyard. WiFi is £28 per month, council tax and bills come to about £200 a month at a maximum. Viewings recommended as I’d like to meet and get to know you first! Professionals preferred.
