Ideally, we are looking for someone chill, tidy, and we’re a friendly bunch so also someone who’s willing to have a chat.

There are four of us in total in the flat. We are from France, Nigeria, and Scotland and a mix of professions from nurses to PHD students.
Flat has a fully equipped kitchen, nice cosy living room, and access to a garden down stairs.
Rent is £400 (rising to £444 in October), bills are approximately £25 a month, and we’d prefer a young professional who can contribute to council tax (Band E).
