Flatshare Available West End

Current flatmate is moving out of Glasgow so looking for somebody to take his room. It will be a joint new lease on the flat. The letting agency will naturally require the usual references and checks.

Flat is situated on Oban Drive, short walk down to Byres Road and Great Western Road. There’s a Tesco express at the end of the street and Lidl is about 15/20 mins walk away. You can get a parking permit but there’s permit free parking on the next road down.

The room is quite large and contains the boiler closet. Note there is currently no wardrobe in this room. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and storage closet are shared.

I travel for work quite often so you would have the flat to yourself a couple nights a week. I’m originally from Dublin but moved to Glasgow last year for work, would say I’m sociable enough and would ideally like someone who’d be up for a pint every now and again but this isn’t a dealbreaker.

Happy to accept a 3rd/4th year / postgrad student but we wouldn't be able to get a council tax exemption. The letting agency may ask for a guarantor also.
