About the flat: this is a really nice, sunny ground floor flat in Kelvindale, about a 20 minute walk (5 minute cycle!) from the botanics and Byres road. You would have your own bathroom and shared use of the living room and newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked (we even have an immersion blender and garlic press!). The flat is fully furnished. There is also a private parking space that you could use. Perk of this flat: we have a private landlord who is very kind, and there’s no letting agency involved.

About me: I’m a 24 year old doing support work, and my friend who I was living with is moving back to Canada so I’m looking for a new flatmate starting in November. I’m also from Canada, and I love hill walking, running and general outdoor shenanigans! I like to keep the shared spaces tidy, so it would be great to find someone like minded. I’m also quite social but do need some alone time as well. I’m keen to find someone who I could be friends with, and share an occasional meal or adventure with!
