Room in lovely tenement flat near Botanicals

I’m looking for a flat mate to join my tenancy on a 2 bed flat by the botanical gardens.

The room is a good size and the flat has loads of furniture to pick and choose and move around (and lots of storage to put things away you don’t want). The flat generally is pretty huge, loads of space and loads of storage.

I’m a trainee clinical psychologist and will be in the flat for at least 3 years hopefully, so looking for a long term flat mate. Preferably postgrad so that we are council tax exempt, but that’s not a deal breaker as we can figure something out.

I’m quite a sociable person and new to the city so would be keen on doing things together in and out of the flat. I do value cleanliness so would want someone who also holds that as a priority. I spend my free time running, going to the gym, going to gigs, always up for anything relating to the arts, I’m into my house plants, tattoos, enjoy cooking (I’m vegetarian but that’s not a deal breaker either haha) etc.
