The flat and building were recently renovated last year (photos are from post-renovation, hence it looking a little sparse!) and it is in an ideal location in Finnieston. The room is available from 8th October and has a large built in wardrobe, a bed, desk, and bedside table. The boiler is in this room though, in case that’s an issue for anyone!

About the Flat:
It has wooden floors throughout and a large living room/kitchen area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher - with a washing machine in the main bathroom. Although the flat has 3 bedrooms, my bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared between 2. I have also filled the flat with lots of plants 🪴 and we have a cute lil entryway/hallway with decor and a mirror.

The flat is on the first floor. It has a Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and post office all within 5 minutes and a large Lidl 10 minutes away. There’s tonnes of great restaurants and bars all around us, as well as Kelvingrove Park, so we have plenty of amenities on our doorstep.

A bit about us:
I’m Eirin and I’m 26 and work in the NHS as a clinical scientist. I’m from the Scottish islands and have lived in Glasgow the past 8 years. I’m super friendly and outgoing, so love a good restaurant/pub night out, as well as equally loving a chill night in! I’m pescatarian (but have no issues if someone eats meat) and love doing cooking/chill nights with flatmates every once in a while. I also love throwing a themed party on occasion 🎉
I sometimes look after my family dog - she’s a well trained (and very cute) black lab but obviously would want to make sure people are comfortable with dogs.

Jacob and I have been friends for a few years now, but only been flatmates for a short while! He’s 28 and I’ll get him to write a lil blurb about himself and add it asap 😊.

We’re a clean and tidy flat and want someone coming in who’s the same and who also loves a homey flat environment <3
