It is easily comutable by public transport to the city centre and has easy road connections to Queen Elizabeth hospital and Glasgow Airport. Within reason, it is also commutable to Edinburgh, Helenburgh or Milingavie. Other local facilties include Glasgow Univeristy, Kelvingrove Art Gallery, and the Botantic Gardens.
The flat is situated in a social and pleasant neighbourly building featuring a landscaped communal garden which we enjoy all year round with our BBQ and Firepit.
About me as a potential flatmate. I am an outgoing young professional in the construction industry who works 9-5 job with wide variety of experience when living with flatmates. I have lived with as many as 11 other people right down to just myself. I am generally very clean as I like to host guests for tea, coffee or drinks from time to time.
I am quite active both in sports and social events but I throughly enjoy chill downtime at the flat be with a friendly flatmate or by myself.
About yourself. I enjoy living with folk who enjoy a good bit of a chat and a social vibe, but also chill and respect boundaries at times too. I am generally looking for a young proffesional or PhD Student.
Bills, including council tax are approximately an addtional £175 pcm.
