Double room at Hyndland Station

Furnished double room available in bright and colourful raised ground floor flat at Hyndland station from mid October.

I am working in Canada for the majority of the next 6 months and looking for someone to keep the flat occupied while me and my partner are gone! We would still like to have access to the property for when we pop back (a few days every two months-ish with plenty of prior warning) but aside from then the flat is yours to enjoy as a single occupant.

A small quirk of the flat is that we have a lot of plants!! While we are in Canada these will be taken care of by our plant sitter Sam, who will pop in roughly once a week at a regular time (or he will provide prior warning by WhatsApp) to take care of the plants in our absence.

We also have a small garden that is available to just our flat out the front of the property and parking is available by permit. Happy to discuss a reduced rate for NHS staff, just let me know.
