Description
Hi!
I’m looking for someone to rent the second room in my two bedroom flat. My best friend is being mean and moving in with her fiancé which is just shocking honestly, so needing someone to take over.
Old tenement style flat
- Spacious living room that’s banging
- Kitchen’s on the smaller side with no light but manageable
- Hallway’s large but a little dim
- Bathroom with plenty of light
The available room is the smaller of the two (sorry finders keepers) but is fully furnished with a walk in cupboard that I’ll tidy up. Features a large cupboard, chest of drawers with plenty of space and a window side set of shelves.
Rent: £1250 (split between two obviously)
Council tax: Band D (Around £100 each)
Bills: Around £70 each for gas/electricity, £14 each for Internet
Deposit: !!! To be determined (will post soon)
About me! I’m 26, working in the West End (will get you a Tesco discount) wanting to pursue a career in photography. My girlfriend lives in Germany and will visit from time to time, but will give you plenty of advance to know when she’ll visit
- Looking for someone with similar interests and who’s up for being mates. Wouldn’t want it to just be a circumstantial thing and would be nice to actually hang out
- I’m very outgoing and always up for a chat and going out/staying in together and cooking/watching films/etc. Will listen to and respect your boundaries so if I’m too noisy with music etc, please lemme know.
- I’m a socialist/communist, so anyone who’s right wing or a fascist, do not message me. Queer friends especially are welcome, but everyone else obviously can message ❤️
- Quick idea of my interests are:
David Bowie, old horror films, French New Wave and surrealism, PJ Harvey, Egon Schiele, Andrei Tarkovsky, post-punk, psychedelia, The Velvet Underground, Wong Kar Wai, Agnes Varda, Leonard Cohen, Criterion films
- Also my friends are super cool and you get to hang out with them a bunch. I won’t have people over all the time but every now and then. Whoever’s applying is more than welcome to bring mates over and have gaffs etc.
Looking forward to hearing from you and if you have any more questions, drop me a message. Thanks,
Finlay
