Hello, I'm looking to rent out my spare room in my two-bed Finnieston flat. The flat is in a great location in Finnieston and close to both the West End and the city centre. It is less than a 5 minute walk to exhibition centre train station.

The room is spacious with large windows. It has a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The flat has a large living room with two double sofas, dining table and TV. There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a utility room with washer and dryer. There is access to a shared garden.

Rent is £700. Bills are paid separately and shared jointly (for electricity and council tax). The current share of bills is currently £159 per month (£88 for council tax & £71 for electricity).

Lodger agreement can be ended by either party with one months notice.
