Hello, I'm looking to rent out my spare room in my two-bed Finnieston flat. The flat is in a great location in Finnieston and close to both the West End and the city centre. It is less than a 5 minute walk to exhibition centre train station.

The room is spacious with large windows. It has a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The flat has a large living room with two double sofas, dining table and TV. There is fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a utility room with washer and dryer. There is access to a shared garden.

Rent is £675. Bills are paid separately and shared jointly (for electricity and broadband. Share of bills is currently £44 per months.

Ideally looking for a student for council tax purposes but would consider a non-student but they would be liable for council tax (Band C - currently £1965.68 per year).

Lodger agreement can be ended by either party with one months notice. Please note, this tenancy may be ended in July 2026 due to me moving out of the property, although as much notice will be given as possible. An extension may be possible.
