West End Room Sublet December

I am subletting a room in the West End for the month of December as I am moving back home from university.
The room is furnished, spacious, has a double bed and a large window. The flat has 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Everything is in perfect condition and ready to move in.
There are two other flatmates in the flat, an undergraduate and a postgraduate student, who are very sweet and nice to live with.
The neighbourhood is very friendly. The flat is close to the university and the city centre.
