Double Room in Glasgows West End

Hello,

My name is Niall and I am looking for someone to fill a spare room in my flat in glasgows west end, thornwood area. I am a 28 year old professional who lives with my girlfriend. We have a spare room available and are looking for preferably a young professional to take the other room, however we may accept a mature student if the fit is right.

The flat is in the thornwood area of the west end, about 25 minutes walk from glasgow university and an 8 minute walk from partick subway/train/bus station.

There is a retail park nearby with multiple supermarkets etc.

I am looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 32 ideally. Use of facilities will be shared equally and we are happy to socialise as much or as little as the person joining us wishes. we are clean and tidy, non smokers.

We are looking for someone who will fit in with our friendly vibe to move in for a minimum of one year at which point a discussion can be had about keeping the room on.

The room and flat are fully furnished with a double bed, we also have a front balcony and garden which are south facing.

We recently had a leak in our bathroom from our upstairs neighbors. The bathroom is fully functional but will require a partial refit at some point before the end of the year whenever the insurance organises this.

The flat features a spacious kitchen and living room as well as bath/shower combo.
