Female Flatmate Wanted 😃 I have a double room available now in the West End of Glasgow. The location is super convenient, with restaurants and shops right downstairs. The rent includes all bills, making things simple and hassle-free for both of us.

I'm looking for someone chill, clean, and happy to share chores to keep the flat cosy.

A bit about me✌️
I work at the uni with a flexible schedule. Some days you'll find me working from home, and other days I'll be back late. I respect personal space and totally get that work/study can be draining, so I won’t expect you to be super social and vice versa. As long as you’re easygoing and respectful, we’ll get along just fine.

A few house basics:
- Not a party flat. Be mindful of noise in the other person’s presence, especially during resting hours.
- Bills are included under fair use. Treat the flat as a humble home (not a hotel) and be sensible with the energy use.
- Share chores. Keep the common areas clean and tidy so the flat stays comfortable for both of us.

Surroundings:
- 3 mins walk to two bus stops with direct routes to town
- 10 mins walk to the University of Glasgow
- 15 mins walk to Lidl and plenty of restaurants
- 30 mins walk to the city centre
- Tesco Express and an Asian grocery store are right downstairs
