Hi there, I've got a double room available in a 2 bed flat which is across 2 floors.

I have recently graduated from uni and working part-time while training full-time as a cyclist. I'm pretty chilled out so not looking for a big party flat although I'm keen to have someone I can be pretty social with. I'm very into my records/music and got a decent HiFi set up in the living room so it would be a bonus if you are also. Both of my last flatmates have been female but I'm also open to male aswell. Ideally would be student but also not a requirement.

The flat is lovely and feels like a mini house with it being across 2 floors and the kitchen separated from the living room. The Kitchen is big enough for both of us to cook at the same time and we are in the process of putting a little breakfast bar in as well. There is lots of storage in the flat and room for a bike if you have one.

Its literally directly behind the big Maryhill Tesco which is super handy. Its also only a 10 min walk to Botanics and 15 min walk to Byres Road/Great Western Road. There are also good bus links to the City center. Parking wise, there is always plenty of on street parking but will require a permit (£80 currently for the year).
