Ideally looking for someone interested in taking 2 rooms if if that is the case you must be related to or in a relationship with the person you are moving in with (It is the law in Scotland for Non-HMO flats). If only interest in taking 1 room then it would be the larger, front facing room. If taking both rooms then a rent reduction can be negotiated and the rent redistributed to anything agreed between the 2 lodgers.
