Lovely room in spacious new West-End flat

Hi!
I’ve got a lovely spacious room with its own bathroom and am looking for a new flatmate!
It’s a modern, cosy place with lots of light, plants and is just a 5 minute walk from the botanics in Glasgow’s West End!
I moved here recently and absolutely love it. Unfortunately my wonderful flatmate has had to move home so I’m searching for a lovely flatmate who is friendly and fairly tidy.

I love the outdoors, cooking, running and boxing. I work pretty hard so value a peaceful environment in the flat but am always keen for a chat and hanging out.

Students and professionals welcome but just to be aware you’ll pay (discounted) council tax if you’re not a student.
