The room has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. It was unfurnished when moving in, so if you'd like the other furniture pictured my current flatmate will sell it on for pretty cheap :)
Rent is £497.50 per person. Bills average about £200 per person, and include council tax (band E), energy and wifi.

I'm a 26 years old, working professional (so female working professional preferred but open to a student if willing to share council tax).
I love live music, reading and hanging out in front of the tv. I appreciate a good pub quiz and trying out new recipes (emphasis on trying). While I'm not naturally tidy, I'm good at keeping communal spaces clean - and would hope to live with someone who'd do the same.
I'm pretty easy going and friendly, and would like to live with someone I get along with. I work from home so would just want someone to be considerate of that, but it shouldn't affect you too much.
