Lovely double room available in the West End

Hi i'm the current tennant Luxx moving out of this room which I am sad to leave but have got a job in the southside so moving.

a message from the current tenant who you will be living with:

I am looking for another flatmate to join me in this lovely flat in west end.

It's a minute from kelvinhall subway and 10 mins from partick station.

I'm looking for someone who is considerate and easy going and likes having a laugh or sharing a meal or movie and is easy to communicate with. The flat is small but lovely and cosy and we get a lot of natural light and it's in a quiet part of town.

I freelance in theatre and will be doing a panto over Christmas so will be out a lot.

Looking for a professional (sorry no students) Someone who can take ownership of cleaning and keeping the flat nice. It is small so this needs to be kept on top of. I'm quite creative and like to use more eco products in the house/recycle but I'm also super laid back/flexible and if you want to have a nice and relaxing place to be and you work out of the flat its a good fit for you :)

Please no smokers. It is also a small flat so being tidy and considerate is helpful for a nice living space but looking for someone who likes socialising and could be friends with and also ok to give space and I will do the same.

Bills are roughly each
30-50 gas and leccy
75 council tax

So with rent it comes to around 600.

We don't really use the heating in the summer as the flat gets quite warm.

It's also a private landlady and so you don't have to go through agencies.

I am leaving mid January so you will be able to pick your own flatmate or take on the flat yourself from then onwards.
