Our flatmate recently got engaged and so is sadly leaving us to live with her fiancé, meaning we now have a room available!

5 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and a 10 minute walk from Byres Road, the flat is in a lovely quiet area just off Queen Margaret Drive.

New build over two floors (with a lift), the flat has a bathroom on each floor, as well as a lovely bright open-plan kitchen / living / dining area.

I currently work in hospitality so am out most evenings, and my two flatmates mostly work from home in their rooms (one works in TV / Film, the other in breath work). We can be social but the flat is also spaced out enough that we're not all on each others toes and can have space to ourselves. Looking for someone friendly, social, and tidy, who is partial to reality tv binges and impromptu pints!

The property has a large porch area out the back which is great for sunbathing in summer, and is close to Maryhill Tesco, Hillhead subway etc.

Room comes furnished with bed and desk.

Rent is £500 ex bills, move in date beginning of November.
