Spacious Double Room to Rent in West End

Looking for a flatmate to move in to this spacious 2-bed tenement flat in the heart of the West End of Glasgow. Situated on Highburgh road, the flat is a stones throw from Byres Road, Kelvingrove Park, the Botanics, and Hillhead subway station.

The room pictured will be completely unfurnished except for the wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is furnished and can be seen in the photos.

I'm looking for someone to move in until about March/April time with the possibility of extending. I'm a filmmaker and currently in the middle of some projects so not sure if I will stay in the apartment beyond this time but there is the possibility that I either will or that whomever takes the room could then take on the lease. We can chat about this should you be interested in the room.

I'm 30, laidback, sociable, enjoy watching films and cooking but also like my own space at times and generally I'm just looking for a chill person to live with.

I work from home most of the time so I would prefer the flatmate to not work from home to avoid us being on top of each other.

Bills, including really fast internet and council tax is included in the price.
