I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmates are moving out. The room is a double room, with some furnishings already in it, including a bed, a closet with a mirror attatched, a clothing drawer, as well as two bedside tables with storage. There is also underbed storage.
I'm a 24 year old currently working full time. In my free time I like to socialize with friends as well as stay home and crochet or watch films. I'm looking for someone responsible, sociable and friendly for the room. You can be working or a student. I myself am tidy and am looking for someone who also respects shared spaces and keeps them clean:)

Council tax not included in the rent placed on ad. The tax band is D. Students can apply for exemption with the city council.
Internet is £25 per month (12.50/person) :)
