The flat was recently renovated and is in an ideal location in Finnieston. The room is available from the 26th November (move in date potentially flexible) and has a wardrobe, a bed + mattress, lamp, and bedside table (the desk + chair in the photos belong to the current tenant). Previous tenant is a great friend of mine, but is moving to London for work so the room’s become available last minute.

About the Flat:
It has wooden floors throughout and a large living room/kitchen area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher - with a washing machine in the bathroom. Although the flat has 3 bedrooms, my bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared between 2.

The flat is on the first floor. It has a Sainsbury’s, Tesco and post office all within 5 minutes and a large Lidl 10 minutes away. There’s tonnes of great restaurants and bars all around us, so we have plenty of amenities on our doorstep.

A bit about us:
I’m Eirin and I’m 26 and work in the NHS as a clinical scientist. I’m from the Scottish islands and have lived in Glasgow the past 8 years. I’m super friendly and outgoing, so love a good dinner or drinks out. Equally love a night in! I’m pescatarian (but have no issues if someone eats meat) and love having chill nights with flatmates. I also love throwing a themed party every once in a while 🎉
I also very occasionally look after my family dog - she’s a well trained (and very cute) black lab but obviously would want to make sure people are comfortable with dogs and not allergic.
Hi I’m Yasmin, I’m 24. I’ve just moved to Glasgow from Florida, but I’m originally from Ireland. I like running, yoga, I’m also pescatarian and love a good night out or a chill night in.
We’re a clean and tidy flat and want someone coming in who’s the same and who also loves a homey flat environment <3
