Room in beautiful flat overlooking botanics

Hey I have a lovely double bedroom (more pictures to come) available in a tenement behind the botanical gardens in the west end. The room comes fully furnished apart form one of the wardrobes will be leaving with the previous tenant. There is more furniture from the bedroom currently in the living room which can be traded back in if you want it. There is also loads of additional storage in the flat beyond the bedroom.

I have been in the flat 3 months, so have settled in but would be looking for someone who wants to share the space, spend time in communal spaces together and occasionally cook/eat together. I value cleanliness, so would ideally want someone who also holds this as a priority. Mainly looking for someone who is laid back and sociable.

A bit about me, I’m a trainee clinical psychologist, so I spend half my time in University on Byres Rd and the other half of my time working in a Community Mental Health Team as a therapist. This does keep me busy, but I prioritise my social life so I’m also active outside work hours too. I’m an early bird getting up early to go to the gym or run club most mornings. I go to a lot of gigs, enjoy going to the pub, have friends round for dinner which you’d be welcome to join etc.

If I’m not outside doing sports, I love to read and I am generally creative, spending a lot of my time doing tattoos or drawing. Also as you can see from the pictures I’m big into my houseplants.

Bills are currently £46 each a month for electric and gas but is subject to change in the winter months. WiFi is £12.50 each a month.

Council tax is Band E but I am exempt as a student, so ideally would be looking for someone also exempt. However, if you are willing to pay the council tax with the 25% discount from me being a student it would be £123.10.
