Flat is on the second floor and is in a quiet area.

Great location, just 5/10 mins walk to the Botanics, Byres Road, Glasgow University. Good public transport connections, easy walk to the subway and good access to various bus routes. Parking permits available, with plenty of street parking spaces outside. Flat has nice outlook over greenery, rather than overlooking another building, and has outside balcony space.

Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, with Tesco Express 1 min walk, large Tesco Extra and Lidl in easy walking/driving distance.

A little about me - I'm a 34 year old female, work with a youth education charity and work from home 1-2 days per week. In my spare time I play netball so am out a few evenings a week, enjoy socialising with friends, eating out, going to gigs, reading and getting outdoors to enjoy walks and swims. I'm easy going and social but also like my own space and downtime.

Preferably looking for a female flatmate of a similar age and lifestyle who would be happy to share communal spaces and occasionally cook/eat together, while also respecting each other's space and privacy. I'd like to find someone who is laid back, social, respectful and who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy.

Rent is £600 pcm, plus bills. Council Tax is Band A (£57 each per month), gas/electric between £30-50 each (higher over winter) and wifi £12 per month.
