My flatmate is moving for work and so we're looking for someone to rent her room in the heart of Glasgow's West End from the 1st of December. The flat is a charming two-bedroom located within walking distance of The Botanics and Byres Road. The location is perfect if you love being close to parks, cafes, and everything else the West End has to offer.

I'm a full-time bartender in a busy venue, so I'd like a flatmate who is also looking for a quiet and peaceful home environment. I tend to go out to meet friends instead of having guests round if this is something you're also looking for. I also love charity shopping, the gym, hiking, and cooking. It would great to have someone with any similar interests!

The room itself is bright and spacious with a double bed, two inbuilt wardrobes, a beside table and a storage chest. We also have a desk if you would like! The flat has a large lounge with a balcony that overlooks a wrap-around garden and park. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower.

Rent is £925 per month for the whole flat, so £462.50 each, and bills are pretty reasonable too. The Council Tax band is A. If you're interested or have any questions, just shoot me a message!
