Room available in Hyndland

Hey,

My housemate is moving out at the end of November moving in with his partner. Therefore I’m filling his room.

The location is cracking to be fair, about a five minute walk from Hyndland station, twelve minutes down to Partick station. It’s an old tenement on the second floor. The room itself is pretty spacious, with bay windows as pictured so it lets in a lot of natural light (not that you’d notice that in winter)

The flat itself has been plastered and painted in the last six months, the landlady is sound, lives in Ireland and I think had visited once in the last ten years or so.

I work as a web developer at home so I can sign and collect your parcels if you’re not about. Outside of the flat, I watch an unhealthy amount of football, go to gigs and club nights, cheap little european weekends, eat a lot of thai food, go on occasional big walks and love my slow cooker.

I’m back in Glasgow from 16th November so let me know if you want to come round for a coffee/beer and a snoop around the place.
