Hi. I am one of the current tenants here but I will be moving out around the 14th of January. My flatmate, who will be staying here until next September at least, is a 26-year-old male PhD student. He is a lovely guy, easy to get along with, and has been very welcoming since I moved in. The flat is in a fantastic location on bustling Argyle Street in the heart of Finnieston, within short walking distance of plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the main UofG campus. The room on offer comes furnished with a double bed, a large desk (with lots of storage space), as well as a stand-alone closet with a hang-rail. It has a very large casement window, allowing for efficient ventilation and plentiful natural light. There is also a kitchen (equipped with gas oven, stove and grill), a shared living room (it has a large casement window and gets lots of natural light) and a shared bathroom (with a combined shower and bath).
