Hi! Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Finnieston. My current flatmate will be moving out on 4 January, so your move in date can be flexible from the 5th, but you'll need to join the lease on 05/01/2025.

RENT: £600 (each)
BILLS: £39.50 (each)
WIFI: £13.50 (each)
Council tax band C, but ideally looking for a student so we won't have to pay

Besides the two bedrooms, the shared parts of the flat consist of a good sized kitchen and living room, a hall, and a bathroom, all shown in the pictures. The kitchen has a washing machine, an ancient dryer, a microwave, a gas stove/oven and a fridge-freezer.

On foot, the flat is 10 minutes from UoG, 30 seconds from the park, 2 minutes from bus stops for the 2, 3, 77 and more, and 8 minutes from the Exhibition Centre train station.

The room comes with the bed, wardrobe and bookshelf shown in the pictures, but my current flatmate is happy to leave the desk, bedside table, clothes rail and/or mirror if you want them.

I'm a mature student at UoG, in my third year of a Psychology undergrad. Postgrad or other mature undergrad UoG students would probably be ideal, but I'm not here to tell you what to do with your life. Just to note, I'm not veggie but don't cook meat, so if you're strictly vegan/vegetarian you don't need to worry about a meaty fridge, but if you're not I don't mind.
