Room in West End large top floor apartment

Double room to rent in large West End / Patrick apartment. High ceilings, clean and fully furnished, landlord takes great care of the place.

Looking for professionals preferably to split council tax with.

Current roommates are both young and working as engineers, laid back and easy going. We keep the place clean and respect each others space and look for a roommate to do the same. The living room is super nice with a view over the park. I would love to create a friendly space and hang out sometimes if you like to cook, climb or bike, but also super chill just giving each other space.

Bills come to around €60 per month and council tax around €65 per month. Top floor apartment so stays warm without much need for heating.

Incredible value flat for the location and price, available start of February but I will be away for Christmas so hoping to get the agreement sorted before Christmas.
