Room in flatshare with 3 friendly students

I am looking for someone to replace me in my flatshare with 3 lovely, female university students. It is in a perfect location in Finnieston in Glasgow's west end - right next to Kelvingrove Park and a 15 minute walk from the University of Glasgow campus. Very close to a lidl, tesco, and sainsburys as well as loads of cafes, restaurants and shops.

The room itself is cozy and very well lit, with gorgeous hardwood floors. The bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk are all provided with the room. There is one bathroom and a shared kitchen equipped with a washing machine which we use as our social area. We are a sociable flat and all the girls are very friendly but, as they are focused on their fourth year of university studies, they are also keen for the flat to remain peaceful and conducive to focus.

We are looking for someone as soon as possible, ideally moving in before 4th January. A student would be ideal, but we are open to any offers.

I would have loved to stay in this flat and with these flatmates but personal reasons are forcing me to move away. If you are at all interested, please get in touch and we can arrange communication between you and the other girls.
