Spacious and comfortable room in a 3 bed 2nd-story flat right next to the Botanics, 15 minutes walk from University of Glasgow. Looking for someone ready to move in at the start of December.

Rent is £485 pcm not including bills (wifi + gas/electricity is about £45 pcm per person currently).

Flat has a shared bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with an adjoining open kitchen and windows facing greenery.

The room has two large floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows (so stays warm) with a great view, and comes furnished with a double bed, nightstand, desk, multiple shelving units and wardrobe. Carpet and blackout curtains were newly installed last year (same as photos).

The two remaining flatmates are council tax-exempt professionals, so if you’re not a student then you’d be getting a 25% discount off your monthly council tax (Band D). They’re very social and tidy housemates so we’re also looking for that in the next tenant!
