My partner and I are leaving Glasgow for 3 months at the end of December. Rather then leaving our home empty we want to find some people to look after the space, including taking over house plant watering duties :)

There are 3 large bedrooms available in the flat, the fourth will be used as storage by ourselves.

The flat is fully furnished with a newly renovated bathroom which was completed within the last 6 months.

We have lived here for years so we feel theres a lot of character to the space, although potential tenants are encouraged to come view the space in person, as it would be good to get to know whoever is wanting to stay.

Council Tax, Factors & Internet is included in the rental price.
Heating & Electric not included (roughly £130 currently)
