Hello! 👋 We’re looking for a tidy and respectful female flatmate to join our cozy flat in the heart of Glasgow’s West End.

About Us
We’re two students living a quiet and organized lifestyle. We have a weekly cleaning schedule (everyone takes a turn) and value cleanliness and respect. While we’re friendly, we prefer to keep a bit of distance and respect each other’s space as flatmates.

About You
Ideally a student (though we might consider a professional).
Female preferred to keep the balance in the flat.
Tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
Able to follow a no-noise policy after 10 PM.

Location: West End, just a 5-minute walk to the University of Glasgow.
Amenities: Close to shops, cafes, and transport links in the vibrant West End area.
Room: Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Rent & Bills
Rent: £400 per month (excluding bills).
Bills: Approximately £80 per month, plus £10 for Wi-Fi.
The room is available from 22nd December.
