Sublet Double Room Near Byers Road - Females Only

Hi girlies :)

I am looking to SUBLET my room near Byers Road in the West End of Glasgow from around 16/17 December for 1 or 2 months (with options to extend for a longer time).

The flat is shared with 2 other girls, they are students, but I am not. So I am currently paying council taxes. you would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with them. They are lovely and are out most of the time for Uni, so usually I see them only at night.

The room is big, with a double bed, mirror, clothing rack and plenty of space for your things.

I am looking for a CLEAN, polite and trust-worty girl to sublet my room to whilst I am away. I will be leaving bedding, towels, and kitchen utensils to you, so you will not need to bring anything else to live here.

Bills are not included, usually 30/40 for electricity & gas, and 10 for wifi, so around £50 per month for each of us.
