Large double room with its own bathroom and office space available to rent in a beautiful victorian flat. The room is on a separate floor from the rest of the flat so there's a lot of privacy.

Large living room and kitchen are shared with me. I travel a lot and will be gone for most of the summer so it'll feel like having a flat to yourself. Entire flat is fully furnished. You just need your own bedding and towels.

The house has a front and back garden. The flat has a washer and dryer. Street parking is available in abundance and is free. Property is close to Great western road, the botanics and kelvin river walkway.

Rent includes all bills.

Looking for an individual flatmate or a couple that will stay at least through July, beyond that dates are flexible and can be discussed. Ideal flatmate is responsible and respectful of the space and furniture.
