There is also parking space for those with cars with no need for an expensive permit. The flat is in a safe, residential area with secure entry, not on the busy main road, but also very close to everything so it can be ideal for those looking for peace but also don't mind the fun and good food. Also with very convenient access to Glasgow's city centre (8 minutes subway ride away).
The room is fully furnished, bright and quiet and includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and working space (with desk and chair included), with broadband currently set-up (new flatmate to take over bills). The carpets and floorboards are also brand new and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room if you wish to bring guests over occasionally.
