Room in Flatshare West End

Hi all,

My flatmate is moving out after two years, so looking for a new one! The room itself is not huge but it comfortably fits a double bed, a wardrobe and some smaller pieces of furniture. The living room is pretty big though, so I think it more than makes up for the smaller bedroom! It would come with the bed if interested but other furniture would need to be bought.

I would be looking for someone to move in around February, early March

Ideally, I'd be looking for a professional (oh the joys of council tax) but happy to consider a student if they would contribute a bit.

Would love to find someone who's happy to socialise a bit, is semi tidy and doesn't mind me playing the piano occasionally (I promise I don't play it too often and late at night!) :)

The location is really handy, it's close to Kelvinbridge subway station, a bus stop is two minutes away and you're in the city centre within a 25 minute walk.
