Bedroom in Shared Flat in Glasgow’s West End

Hello!

We are Aileen and Katrina, and we are looking for a flatmate to join us in our 3 bed second floor flat in the heart of Glasgow’s West End due to our current flatmate moving out. We have been living in the property for over 2 years.

For council tax purposes, we are looking for a young professional. We both work in healthcare full time on a 9-5 schedule, however if your routine is different to ours that’s no problem at all.

We split our bills evenly and pay around £146 each for gas and electricity, wifi, and council tax monthly.

The room available has a large double mirrored built in wardrobe, a double bed, a desk, and bedside drawers. There is currently no desk chair included.

The shared bathroom has a shower bath, toilet, large mirror, and towel warmer.

The kitchen is fully integrated and was recently updated with a brand new 50/50 fridge freezer and washing machine. It has a slimline dishwasher and electric oven and hob.

The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with a dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, and small balcony area.

The windows are single glazed, however the flat tends to stay quite warm as it is located on the top floor. There is gas central heating and a mixer shower.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from the nearest subway station and a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It’s located very close by to Glasgow University, Byre’s Road, and Great Western Road in the Hillhead area.

We love our flat and are really looking forward to welcoming someone new to join us. During weekends we enjoy going for walks and grabbing a coffee, and having friends over for a catch up.
