West End Flat Share

Hiya! I’m looking for someone who’d like to take up this lovely attic bedroom in Partick. I’m female, a mature student and artist. I work part time, study, WFH so I’m either out and busy, or in my room doing my thing. My interests are history, art, boxing, fitness, I’m easy going, tidy, quiet-ish and looking for same.

It’s a beautiful old Attic tenement building on the third floor. It’s at the quieter end of Partick, very green, peaceful and safe. It’s an Incredible location for a Glasgow University Student, only a 10 minute walk to the train station at Partick, plus Subways. It’s a 5 minute walk to a million buses which take you directly along Dumbarton Road and into town.
Gym, coffee shops, great restaurants plus all the standard food shops. It’s a fun, lively, safe neighborhood.

Rent is £450 a month, electricity is not covered in this. Depending on winter heating prices it’s Approx. £100 each for Gas and electricity at the moment.
Internet- £32 total so 16 each.
Laundry room is in the Hallway.
Shared bathroom and large shared kitchen.
All bills will be shared for transparency.
