Spacious room for rent in 3 bed west end flat

This is a double room in a 3 bed flat on Byres road

If your not familiar with the road it’s the main high street in the west end, so shops cafes bars etc are all on your doorstep.

It is a top floor flat in an old tenement building so there’s a lot of stairs but the upside is you catch the last bit of sun and the views are great. Also if you’re worried about road noise you hardly hear it up here or at least it hasn’t been a problem for us.

The room aswell which is listed faces the back of the flat so you should have no worries about hearing it from there

We have no preferences on age or gender but unfortunately paying rent from may is a non negotiable.
